Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PropMachine mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

PropMachine provides sports statistics and analysis for informational purposes only. It presents model-generated grades, historical trends, and publicly available odds from a range of bookmakers so you can compare them in one place.

The Service is not betting advice, financial advice, or an inducement to gamble. Nothing in it is a recommendation to place any particular wager.

2. No betting takes place here

No bets can be placed through the Service. We are not a bookmaker, a betting exchange, or a betting intermediary. We do not accept stakes, hold funds, settle wagers, or process any gambling transaction. We do not link out to bookmakers, and displaying a bookmaker's odds does not imply any partnership, affiliation, or endorsement in either direction.

3. Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you are. We may terminate access where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will win, profit, or break even. Anyone who guarantees that is not being straight with you.

Grades and probabilities are statistical estimates produced by a model. They are estimates, not predictions of fact, and they will be wrong in individual cases — that is inherent in what a probability means. Sporting outcomes are uncertain by nature.

Odds, lines, team news, and player data are supplied by third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and they change quickly. Always confirm any figure with the relevant source before you rely on it. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

5. Your responsibility

Any decision you take after using the Service, including any wager, is entirely your own, made at your own risk and with your own money. You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply where you are. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• PropMachine is offered at $4.99 per week or $14.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and local tax.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. We cannot issue platform refunds directly.
• We may change pricing on notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service;
• resell, redistribute, or republish our grades or analysis as your own;
• reverse engineer the Service or attempt to derive the underlying model;
• interfere with the Service's operation, security, or availability, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its grades, models, design, and branding, belongs to PropMachine and its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. Team, league, and bookmaker names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes, but the Service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropMachine is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including losses arising from reliance on any grade, probability, odd, or statistic shown.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which PropMachine is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
